Kresgeville, Monroe County
Why we picked it
An indoor pool you don't have to share, in a house sized for two couples or a family, and the dog can come too. It's on the quieter southern edge of the Poconos near Beltzville State Park.
A roughly 3,000 square foot house in Kresgeville with a private heated indoor pool. The pool room has table tennis and a 65-inch TV, and there's also an arcade game room, a fireplace, a grill and a two-car garage. The listing summary shows three bedrooms (its description mentions a fourth on the lower level) with four queen beds and two baths, and the host says it sleeps 8. Up to two pets are allowed for a fee, events aren't, and the listing says Beltzville Lake is about 4 minutes away.
