These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Pocono Reserve website, including its guides, trip planner, stay listings and referral pages (“Pocono Reserve,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Pocono Reserve is an independent travel guide to the Pocono Mountains. We publish guides to destinations, restaurants, trails, events and other places, and we link to stays and businesses we think are worth considering.

We do not own, manage, rent or book lodging, and we do not take reservations, deposits or payments for stays, tours, restaurants or events. No place pays to appear in our guides.

The stays on our Stay pages are hand-picked, third-party vacation rentals. You book them directly on the listing platform (such as VRBO or Airbnb) or the host's own site. Any booking is an agreement between you and the host or platform, and their terms, house rules, payment, cancellation and refund policies apply. We are not a party to it.

Descriptions, photos, amenities and guest capacities come from the listing or the host and can change. Always confirm details, rates and availability on the listing before you book.

Some booking links are affiliate links: if you book through them, we may earn a commission from the platform. It doesn't change the price you pay.

When you send a request through our private chef or catering pages, we recommend a partner and pass your request to them so they can contact you. Recommendations are free to you. Any menu, quote, contract and payment is between you and the partner, who is responsible for their own services. We may receive a referral fee from the partner, which doesn't change what you pay.

We work to keep our guides accurate, but hours, prices, menus, trail conditions, event dates and ownership change, sometimes without notice. Confirm details with the business, park or organizer before you go. Reserve Scores and other ratings on the site are our editorial assessments, based on the sources described on our About page, not guarantees of quality.

Our trip planner uses AI to suggest an itinerary from our guides and the details you enter. Suggestions are for planning only. Drive times are estimates, and places may be closed or busy when you visit, so check before you rely on them.

Hiking, swimming, boating, skiing and other outdoor activities carry inherent risks, especially in winter conditions. Our guides are general information, not safety instructions. You are responsible for judging conditions, following posted rules and your own safety.

The text, photography, maps, design and branding on this site belong to Pocono Reserve or its licensors, including photographers credited on the page. You may share links and short quotations with attribution, but you may not republish our content without written permission.

The site links to booking platforms, businesses, parks and other third-party sites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, availability, products or practices.

The site is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pocono Reserve is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site, from relying on its information, or from any stay, service or business you find through it, including bookings made with third parties.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a new “last updated” date.
