Sango Kura

Sango Kura combines two things the Poconos didn't otherwise have: a genuine izakaya menu and Pennsylvania's first working sake brewery, producing its own sake on-site using carefully developed brewing methods. The kitchen turns out scratch-made ramen, sustainable sushi, and traditional rice dishes alongside shareable small plates — karaage fried chicken, gyoza, seaweed salad, and kimchi fermented in-house. Guests can work through sake flights, sake-tails, and by-the-glass pours, or opt for craft beer from Rewind Brewing, all in a flexible indoor/outdoor space that includes a pinball arcade for a genuinely relaxed, unpretentious night out.
