The Ridge Summit, in particular, sits close enough to Jack Frost that groups are regularly on the lift within twenty minutes of leaving the house.
The advantage of basing a ski trip out of a residence rather than a slopeside condo becomes obvious by the second day: real space to spread out wet gear, a full kitchen for a hearty breakfast before hitting the mountain, and — critically — enough bedrooms that a group of twelve isn't sharing two bathrooms. We arrange lift tickets and rental equipment in advance for every ski package booking, so the only line your group waits in is the lift line.
The après-ski experience is where these residences really separate themselves. Several properties feature 20-foot stone fireplaces, home saunas, and heated garages for ski storage — small details that matter enormously after a full day in the cold.
