Colosseum Restaurant at Cove Haven

Colosseum Restaurant at Cove Haven

A restaurant at Cove Haven Resort in Lakeville. Because it sits inside the resort, it's the kind of place that works best as part of a stay rather than a destination you'd drive out to on its own — a convenient sit-down option when you'd rather not get back in the car after a day on the lake or in the mountains. Lakeville puts you in the quieter northeastern corner of the Poconos, so having a dining room on the property is genuinely useful in the evening.

We don't have verified details on the menu, hours, dress code, or whether the dining room is open to guests who aren't staying at the resort, so call Cove Haven directly to confirm access and seating before you plan an evening around it. If you're already booked at the resort, it's worth a look on your first night while you get your bearings.

Hours, menus and prices change. Call ahead or check the venue's own site before you go.
