The Tafton taproom is Log Tavern Brewing Co.'s second location, opened in 2024 on Route 390 a few minutes from Lake Wallenpaupack. All of the beer is brewed at the original Milford brewery, so the tap list carries the same house range of IPAs, hazy IPAs, stouts, wheat beers and cream ales, along with wine, mixed drinks and four-packs to go. The property covers more than nine acres, and the timber-frame taproom opens onto a large outdoor area with a stone fireplace, fire pits and two covered pavilions that add seating and host live music. The kitchen keeps it simple with personal pizzas, pretzels, empanadas and snacks, and local food trucks rotate through on weekends. It suits a stop after a day on the lake or a relaxed evening outdoors with a group.
